The large showcase of Singapore furniture
Halls 1-6 of EXPO Singapore, from 10 to 13 March next, will be occupied by IFFS / AFS - International Furniture Fair Singapore 2016 / 33rd Asean Furniture Show, the well-known Asian event dedicated to furniture and interior design. Over 18,000 experts and professionals in the sector, coming from one hundred countries, will meet during these four intense days to discover the latest trends in furniture-design and establish business contacts. Now in its 33rd edition, IFFS / AFS confirms itself as a leading rendezvous for operators in the furniture and interior design sector from all over the world, always eager to know the exhibitors' news.
Asian and global design
And the preconditions for this edition are really good, as pre-registrations pointed to a 46 # 37 increase over the previous year. And in 2016 a new partnership was inaugurated: furniPRO Asia, the biennial exhibition dedicated to woodworking technologies and subcontracting for the furniture industry in Southeast Asia, will take place for the first time at the same time as IFFS. and The Décor Show. During IFFS 2016, over three hundred and fifty manufacturers, suppliers, exporters and designers will show visitors their new lines and collections. Moreover, IFFS does not stop strengthening its international orientation, welcoming exhibitors from more than twenty-seven countries. I also extend to the outdoors which will be even more valued: IFFS 2016 presents a new format - The Outdoor Boulevard - which brings together in a dedicated area the exhibitors offering solutions focused on the garden and outdoor spaces. Finally, there will be a new space dedicated to The Décor Show, an event no longer confined to a single pavilion, but “spread” on the stands of the numerous exhibitors who will occupy several pavilions to offer visitors an easy-to-use, but above all interesting path.
